Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Plano, TX seeks a senior quantitative leader to head a global team designing predictive risk models for Auto and Business Banking portfolios. You own the end-to-end modeling lifecycle—from data sourcing to deployment—while ensuring robust governance and actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

You will collaborate with Product, Risk, Finance, Technology, and Model Risk teams to align models with business objectives, mentor talent, and drive scalable, reproducible data

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent in a quantitative field or related experience.
• 10+ years building and deploying predictive risk models for consumer lending.
• 5+ years leading and developing high-performing quantitative teams.
• Expertise across advanced modeling methods including regression, time series, survival/PD-LGD-EAD, and ML.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global team building predictive risk models for Auto and Business Banking lending portfolios.
• Own the end-to-end modeling lifecycle from data sourcing to deployment and monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with model risk management standards and regulatory expectations.
• Deliver insights that inform credit strategy, reserving (CECL), stress testing, valuation, and budgeting.
• Advance the modeling roadmap by modernizing data pipelines, feature engineering, and model operations.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, Finance, Technology, and Model Risk teams to align models with business objectives.
• Establish model monitoring frameworks, thresholds, and remediation plans.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain talent; promote rigor and inclusive leadership.
