Job description

As a Product Manager at JPMorgan Chase, you are an authority on how to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. Leverage your skillset to transform how products are developed and create a way for teams to continuously deliver value to their customers. The Global Authorities Program is high profile and spans across multiple lines of business and functions. The goal of the Program is to transform the operating model to Understand, capture, and maintain various types of client relationships with individuals or entities and the applicable permissions for those relationships to act on behalf of the client.

A core expectation in this role is producing high-quality requirements artifacts, including functional and non-functional requirements, that are unambiguous, testable, and ready for implementation and validation.

You will use VS Code leveraging AI as a key enablement to draft, refine, and validate requirements content, improve clarity and completeness, accelerate iteration with stakeholders, and raise the overall quality and consistency of product and engineering specifications.

You will be responsible for building an intuitive, high-trust, digitally-enabled experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Define and drive product vision, outcomes, and success metrics for the Authorized Parties digital experience.
  • Lead discovery to understand Private Bank client needs, advisor workflows, and operational, risk, and compliance constraints.

  • Leverage VS Code and AI-assisted tooling to draft, refine, and validate requirements content; ensure clarity, completeness, and testability.
  • Own the requirements operating model across business, design, engineering, data, and risk/control partners; maintain traceability from objectives to delivered capabilities.
  • Manage a prioritized roadmap and backlog across multiple teams; coordinate delivery and dependencies without reliance on a single cadence framework.
  • Influence and drive decisions with senior stakeholders across lines of business and control functions; clearly frame trade-offs and recommendations.
  • Partner with engineering and data teams on complex data structures (e.g., relationship graphs, permissions/role models, audit trails, lineage) to ensure correctness, explainability, and operational supportability.
  • Define and prioritize AI and advanced analytics use cases to improve client outcomes and internal efficiency, with governance and risk considerations built in from the start.
  • Ensure adherence to JPMorganChase risk, controls, compliance, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Lead working sessions, demos, and delivery readouts; drive continuous improvement focused on outcomes, quality, and requirements clarity.
