Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director - Digital Risk, Global Audit & Assurance, based in New Brunswick, NJ. The role leads technology audit activities, focusing on Cybersecurity, AI governance, and data privacy.

You will guide an audit team, collaborate across the organization, and drive risk-based audits aligned with enterprise standards. As a senior leader, you will partner with executive stakeholders to shape assurance programs, mentor staff, and ensure effective control improvements.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 12 years of process & risk experience with focus on technology audit, assurance or compliance-related experience, including cyber risk, data/AI risk or related disciplines.
• Professional Services training and experience from a 'Big 4' firm is preferred.
• English fluency (written and verbal) is required; travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise a global Technology audit team through the annual audit and advisory plan lifecycle.
• Serve as a technical authority during audit planning, fieldwork and reporting phases.
• Collaborate to deliver integrated, risk-based audits across Finance & Technology.
• Provide oversight on Cybersecurity, AI governance, and Privacy & Data Governance topics.
• Identify root causes and propose scalable control improvements.
• Lead development and maintenance of the Technology audit program.
• Stay updated with industry standards and drive compliance adoption.
