Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking an experienced Visual Merchandiser to bring our global activewear brand to life in NYC stores. Translate brand vision, product storytelling, and seasonal direction into compelling in-store displays that engage shoppers and drive performance.

You will collaborate with store leadership, manage monthly scheduling, and maintain global VM standards while adapting to local formats. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and work Monday–Friday; weekends not required.

• Ability to drive performance through compelling displays.
• Collaborative across store leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain visual standards across stores.
• Optimize store presentation to improve flow and sell-through.
• Partner with store leadership to communicate merchandising priorities.
• Operate with autonomy while collaborating cross-functionally.
• Manage monthly scheduling to meet deadlines.
• Submit store visit reports with photos and feedback using the Winston App.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for the shift.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday (no weekends).
