EY is seeking a Global Assurance Digital – Go to Market Leader in the United States to drive market-facing activation of EY’s AI-powered platform across the Assurance network. You will design, develop and implement go-to-market strategies for Assurance technology, coordinating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders across Regions to accelerate digital transformation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Assurance or Assurance-adjacent roles.
• Experience in go-to-market, pursuits activation and implementation is preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and change management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support EY’s Assurance Digital team through change management and enablement.
• Coordinate with senior stakeholders across EY and regions.
• Drive go-to-market enablement and competitive intelligence across networks.
• Facilitate client Digital Innovation sessions to grow EY’s top-end accounts.
• Lead market-facing deployment of EY’s AI-powered platform across the Assurance network.
• Share best practices from pursuit wins and embed them at scale across EY.
• Work across Service Lines to deliver an exceptional client experience.
