Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead primary responsibility for Dispensing Systems and support Fuel Management Systems.
• Uphold Franklin 5 Key Factors: Quality, Availability, Service, Innovation, Value.
• Analyze new product requests, pricing and competitor research.
• Manage existing product lines by forecast, profitability, and changes.
• Perform pricing, profitability, and competitive analyses to improve market position.
• Oversee applications engineering for specs and quotes.
• Maintain specification sheets and marketing materials.
• Identify opportunities to meet sales goals and maintain relationships.
• Analyze markets with Market Development on wants/needs, drivers, trends.
• Develop short- and long-term forecasts, budgets, strategies and programs.
• Develop value propositions for each market segment.
• Define new product opportunities and build solid business cases.
• Lead product teams in prioritization of projects including development.
• Attend market trade shows and report key trends.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure collateral and web presence meet demand.
• Provide customer service through open houses and product sizing.
• Input information into CRM to track contacts and reports.
