The role reports to the Buyer and focuses on analyzing performance, inventory trends, consumer behavior, and market data to inform assortment and pricing decisions.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, data-driven, and able to collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Allocation, Product, Marketing, and VM teams to drive profitable growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and retail math understanding are essential.
• Experience in buying or merchandising is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing seasonal assortment strategies for international markets.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and inventory performance.
• Evaluate assortment and make recommendations on product selection and depth.
• Prepare for product meetings and maintain assortment planning tools.
• Recommend pricing adjustments based on market conditions and inventory levels.
• Generate weekly and seasonal sales and inventory analyses.
• Create clear business analyses and presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Planning, Allocation, Product, Marketing, and VM teams.
