Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years in Shipping roles
- Fluency in English and German; French is a plus
- Strong knowledge of logistics and regulatory compliance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Experience communicating with clients and internal teams
Responsibilities
- Arrange shipping and related logistics for all property
- Coordinate with Pre Sale and Post Sale teams for a seamless client experience
- Manage quote requests and vendor communications
- Prepare customs documents and ensure timely submissions
- Coordinate interoffice transfers to international offices
- Liaise with managers on shipper performance and KPIs
