Qualifications

• 3+ years in accounts receivable, collections, billing, or accounting.
• Experience processing customer payments and cash applications.
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with invoicing, customer portals, and milestone billing.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete accounts receivable processes including invoicing, collections, and cash applications.
• Resolve payment discrepancies and monitor aging reports.
• Prepare and process customer invoices for machines, parts, and service.
• Perform account reconciliations and monthly close support.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Accounting to ensure accurate cash flow.
