Job summary

You will partner with multiple functions to turn opportunities into accurate, compelling product, bringing precision to information, tools, and critical checkpoints. The role emphasizes a fast-paced calendar, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on timely execution across Inline and Geography teams, with international travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in apparel product creation or merchandising.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams throughout product creation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Power Speed’s end-to-end product creation process with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate product information across key systems and data reconciliation.
• Develop sell-in tools and support photoshoots to capture product details.
• Manage Speed samples to ensure resources are available.
• Lead meetings, define deliverables, owners, and milestones.
• Research products and consumer insights to identify near-market opportunities.
• Travel internationally for onsite trips as needed (at least two/year).
