Job summary

GenScript USA Inc./ProBio Inc. is seeking an Associate Technical Integration Specialist to support customer-facing system integration for the US and Europe.

You will coordinate technical activities, test integrations, and troubleshoot data flows involving APIs, HTTP, XML, and JSON. The role requires a IT or computing background, strong communication in English and Chinese, and the ability to work across time zones with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fundamental knowledge of IT systems, software applications, system integration, and data exchange.
• Basic understanding of APIs, HTTP requests/responses, XML, JSON, structured data and relational databases.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese communication.
• Demonstrated project coordination skills including documentation, task tracking, prioritization, stakeholder follow-up, and status reporting.
• Attention to detail with structured problem-solving and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer-facing system integration and technical coordination support for GenScript US and Europe.
• Support standardized client and partner system integration activities including requirements gathering, configuration confirmation, testing coordination, and basic troubleshooting.
• Understand and review basic system interactions and data flows including API, HTTP requests, authentication, XML and JSON.
• Use Postman or similar tools to perform basic API and integration testing.
• Collect and analyze basic troubleshooting information such as error messages, timestamps, logs, and payloads; coordinate across departments, time zones, customers, business teams, project managers, and developers.
• Organize assigned project activities, document decisions, track to-dos, and provide timely status updates; monitor schedule, tasks, owners, dependencies, risks, blockers, issues and follow-up actions.
• Create and maintain project records, meeting minutes, troubleshooting guides, and other technical documentation; escalate complex issues and project delays with clear background information.
