Job summary

GenScript USA Inc./ProBio Inc. is seeking an Associate Technical Integration Specialist to support customer-facing system integration for the US and Europe.

You will coordinate technical activities, test integrations, and troubleshoot data flows involving APIs, HTTP, XML, and JSON. The role requires a IT or computing background, strong communication in English and Chinese, and the ability to work across time zones with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fundamental knowledge of IT systems, software applications, system integration, and data exchange.
• Basic understanding of APIs, HTTP requests/responses, XML, JSON, structured data and relational databases.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese communication.
• Demonstrated project coordination skills including documentation, task tracking, prioritization, stakeholder follow-up, and status reporting.
• Attention to detail with structured problem-solving and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer-facing system integration and technical coordination support for GenScript US and Europe.
• Support standardized client and partner system integration activities including requirements gathering, configuration confirmation, testing coordination, and basic troubleshooting.
• Understand and review basic system interactions and data flows including API, HTTP requests, authentication, XML and JSON.
• Use Postman or similar tools to perform basic API and integration testing.
• Collect and analyze basic troubleshooting information such as error messages, timestamps, logs, and payloads; coordinate across departments, time zones, customers, business teams, project managers, and developers.
• Organize assigned project activities, document decisions, track to-dos, and provide timely status updates; monitor schedule, tasks, owners, dependencies, risks, blockers, issues and follow-up actions.
• Create and maintain project records, meeting minutes, troubleshooting guides, and other technical documentation; escalate complex issues and project delays with clear background information.

• 支持标准化的客户及合作伙伴系统集成活动，包括需求与集成信息收集、配置确认、测试协调及基础故障排查。
• 理解并审查基本的系统交互与数据流，包括 API、HTTP 请求与响应、身份验证、XML 及 JSON。
• 使用 Postman 或类似工具执行基础的 API 及集成测试。
• 收集并分析基础故障排查信息，如错误消息、时间戳、截图、日志以及请求/响应负载 (payloads)。跨部门、跨时区与客户、业务团队、项目经理、开发人员及其他跨职能团队进行协调。
• 组织分配的项目活动，记录决策，跟进待办事项，并及时提供状态更新。跟踪项目状态、时间表、任务、负责人、依赖关系、风险、阻碍因素、待解决问题及后续行动。
• 创建并维护项目记录、会议纪要、故障排查指南及其他技术文档。针对复杂技术问题、项目延期及未解决的依赖事项，在提供清晰且完整背景信息的前提下进行上报（Escalate）。

任职资格

• 计算机科学、信息技术、信息系统、工程或相关领域的学士学位，或具备同等实践经验。
• 具备 IT 系统、软件应用、系统集成及数据交换方面的基础知识。
• 对 API、HTTP 请求/响应概念、XML、JSON、结构化数据及关系型数据库有基本了解。
• 具备基础 SQL 知识。
• 出色的英语和普通话书面及口头沟通能力。
• 具备经实践证明的项目协调能力，包括文档编写、任务跟踪、优先级排序、利益相关者跟进及状态汇报。
• 注重细节，具备结构化的问题解决能力，并能同时管理多项任务及应对不断变化的优先级。

加分项

• 具备技术支持、SaaS 实施、系统集成、客户入驻（Onboarding）或技术项目协调方面的经验或实习经历。
• 具备支持技术实施或入驻全流程（涵盖需求收集、测试及最终交付）的经验。具备使用 Postman、SQL 工具、Jira 或类似工具的经验。
• 具备 Python、Java 或 JavaScript 等语言的基础编程或脚本编写知识。
• 熟悉 PunchOut、cXML、EDI、采购平台或其他 B2B 系统集成。
• 具备面向客户及跨职能团队协作的工作经验。
