Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a Senior AP Deployment Specialist to lead the Accounts Payable transformation program in Boise. You will serve as the dedicated AP Operations representative across the deployment lifecycle and work with country teams, partners, and stakeholders.

The role focuses on discovery, design validation, UAT, deployment readiness, and stabilization to ensure future-state processes are practical, compliant, and sustainable for global AP operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay, Shared Services, Finance Operations, or AP transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of invoice processing, approvals, exception management, controls, and payment of readiness processes.
• Experience participating in UAT, deployment, go-live, hyper-care, or operational improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively across global teams and multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Participate in country discovery workshops, process walkthroughs, and design discussions.
• Demonstrate and explain current-state AP processes, controls, approval of workflows, exception handling, and operational practices.
• Identify country-specific legal, tax, regulatory, compliance, language, and operational requirements.
• Validate that local requirements are correctly understood and documented.
• Develop end-to-end UAT scenarios and business test scripts based on real AP operational activities, controls, and exception handling requirements.
• Prepare and maintain required business test data.
• Execute UAT and validate solutions against approved business requirements.
• Support deployment readiness, go-live, and hyper-care activities.
