Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in a technical field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 5+ years experience in supply chain, production planning, site operations, or tech transfer execution.
• Experience managing large-scale product transfers or network integration in a regulated industry is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Model capacity and scenarios to optimize asset utilization and stock levels.
• Coordinate transfer plans with donor and receiving sites, regulatory, quality, and data teams.
• Track transfer timeline adherence and budget using KPIs.
• Provide executive updates on transfer status and risk profiles.
• Ensure continuity of supply during site-to-site transfers.
