You will translate client questions into analytical frameworks, oversee governance and best practices, and lead initiatives using AI, automation, and advanced analytics to elevate decision making.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in analytics with leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience building and scaling analytics functions aligned to business strategy.
• Advanced SQL and data architecture influence.
• Proficiency in Python or R for statistics and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analytics team across multiple client groups, industries, and regions.
• Define capability roadmap and org structure for scale.
• Translate client objectives into analytic frameworks and drive roadmaps.
• Guide senior client relationships and analytics transformation projects.
• Represent analytics in senior executive forums and shape IP/external reputation.
