Job summary

LGC is seeking an experienced AmpSeq Programme Director to lead a cross-functional effort spanning multiple sites, ensuring scalable, governable delivery of AmpSeq initiatives. You will partner with Operations, Commercial, Quality and Finance to align priorities and drive measurable business impact.

The role requires leading complex programmes, managing governance, and delivering on KPI milestones across global teams. This position is based in the United States with periodic site visits.

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent in life sciences or related discipline.
Experience leading complex cross-functional programmes.
Ability to manage programmes with multiple workstreams and governance.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
Experience with dashboards and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead AmpSeq programme across global sites.
Drive revenue growth, customer onboarding, and scale-up.
Ensure governance, risk management, and KPI tracking.
Coordinate with Operations, Commercial, Quality, Supply Chain.
Improve turnaround time and process standardisation.
