UCB is seeking a Global Alzheimer's Disease Marketing Lead (Director-level) to join the Stakeholder Integration team in a hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA; Raleigh, NC or Boston, MA. The role focuses on shaping commercialization of a post-proof-of-concept asset and translating insights into asset strategy.

You will work with the Global Stakeholder Integrator and cross-functional partners on market access, diagnosis, biomarkers, treatment pathways, and strategic options.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years pharmaceutical strategy/marketing experience.
• 2+ years direct Alzheimer's disease or dementia experience.
• 2+ years supporting a development-stage asset.

Responsabilidades

• Shape commercialization of a post-proof-of-concept asset in Alzheimer's disease.
• Lead the global cross-functional forum for learning, collaboration and commercial decision making.
• Develop the patient population and indication vision, value proposition, positioning, and commercialization strategy.
• Define market-development priorities to support future adoption, including diagnosis, biomarkers, referral and treatment pathways.
