Job summary

Jet Aviation Staffing is seeking an Aircraft Technician II to perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs of moderate to advanced complexity on aircraft systems and structures, under minimal supervision. The role requires FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain US Government Secret Security clearance; willingness to travel worldwide.

Candidates with military or CLS experience are preferred.

Qualifications

FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate required or preferred.
US Government Secret Security clearance required.
Willingness to travel worldwide to support aircraft operations.
Prior military and/or CLS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs of moderate to advanced complexity on aircraft systems and structures.
Coordinate with MTL, STM, and Inspection Department to ensure FAA compliance and proper documentation.
Tag and protect customer property and equipment; maintain safety and quality standards.
Provide training to less experienced technicians as needed.
Follow SOPs for ground support equipment and safe operation.
Assist with aircraft movement in hangar and ramp areas.
Complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
