Job summary

V2X Inc. is seeking an Aircraft Mechanic II to perform O‑Level maintenance on aircraft, including airframe, power plants, and systems, in a fast-paced environment in Bay Point, CA.

The role requires experience with CNAFINST 4790.2 practice and the ability to lead teams and interpret technical manuals. Candidate must have a minimum of five years USN/USMC/USCG experience, valid driver’s license, and ability to obtain a secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years USN/USMC/USCG O‑Level CNAFINST 4790.2 experience.
• Three years T/M maintenance experience on target aircraft.
• Two years of Organizational Maintenance in last seven years.
• CDI/CDQAR/Engine Turn/APU Turn qualification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; specialized training desirable.
• Completion of appropriate T/M/S Navy Skill Specialty Class 'C' school.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled/unscheduled O‑Level maintenance on airframes and systems.
• Maintain and repair engine systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and controls.
• Lead teams on complex aircraft tasks and log entries as required.
• Prioritize workload to meet schedules and maintenance standards.
• Possess ability to direct Level I personnel for tasks.
