V2X Inc seeks an experienced aircraft maintenance technician to support ground equipment and QEC build-up actions. The role requires assembling and tearing down QEC kits, recording maintenance actions in data systems, and ensuring equipment serviceability while adhering to FAA regulations.

You will inspect, test, and service GSE with fuels and lubricants, manage hazardous materials, and coordinate parts orders. A strong attention to safety, documentation, and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of scheduling techniques and tech order requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex aircraft engine/support equipment systems.
• Ability to read and understand detailed technical publications and instructions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles as they relate to job duties.
• Extensive knowledge of logistics and data information systems.

Responsabilités

• Perform engine QEC buildup actions, both assembly and tear down.
• Use automated maintenance data systems to maintain equipment records and document actions.
• Inspect, test, and operate GSE to determine serviceability and proper operation.
• Service equipment with fuel, oil, water, coolant, hydraulic fluid, refrigerant, and compressed air; disassemble/assemble components.
• Disassemble, repair, clean, and reinstall GSE components and accessories.
• Manage hazardous materials and waste per environmental standards.
• Operate and service GSE towing vehicles and coordinate dispatch for maintenance support.
• Maintain housekeeping, tool control, and safety at all times.
• Complete documentation and tagging for QEC items; order QEC parts from COMBS.
