Job summary

Houlihan Lokey is seeking a Corporate AI Facilitator to design, deliver, and continually improve AI literacy across the organization. The role blends instructional design with hands-on facilitation to build AI literacy and responsible use.

You will lead live trainings, tailor content to banking, operations, HR, and finance, and collaborate with IT, Risk, Legal, and Data teams to ensure governance and secure AI adoption.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in Learning & Development, training, instructional design, or technical enablement.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts (LLMs, machine learning basics, automation, prompt engineering).
• Demonstrated ability to teach technical or digital tools to non-technical audiences.
• Experience designing blended learning experiences (ILT, VILT, e-learning, microlearning).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive AI-focused learning programs, including foundational AI literacy, use-case workflows, and advanced tool training.
• Create learning assets such as e-learning modules, videos, job aids, sandbox exercises, simulations, and facilitator guides.
• Tailor training to role types (banking, operations, HR, finance) to maximize relevance and adoption.
• Deliver live in-person and virtual training sessions to global audiences.
• Lead hands-on workshops demonstrating real business scenarios using AI tools.
• Partner with business unit leaders to run use-case discovery sessions and integrate AI into workflows.
• Act as an internal consultant to departments on AI adoption and governance alignment.
• Collaborate with IT, Risk, Legal, and Data teams to ensure responsible AI guidelines and security.
• Gather learner feedback to refine programs and identify emerging needs.
• Define success metrics for AI learning initiatives and track adoption data.
