The Corporate AI Facilitator is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs that empower employees to effectively use artificial intelligence tools, including generative AI, automation platforms, and AI‑enabled business applications. This role blends instructional design, change enablement, and hands‑off facilitation to build AI literacy across the organization and help teams adopt AI responsibly, ethically, and productively.

Key Responsibilities
Training Design & Development
  • Develop comprehensive AI‑focused learning programs, including foundational AI literacy, use‑case‑specific workflows, and advanced tool training.
  • Create learning assets such as e‑learning modules, videos, job aids, sandbox exercises, simulations, and facilitator guides.
  • Tailor training to role types (e.g., banking, operations, HR, finance) to maximize relevance and adoption.
Facilitation & Enablement
  • Deliver live in‑person and virtual training sessions to global audiences.
  • Lead hands‑on workshops demonstrating real business scenarios using AI tools.
  • Partner with business unit leaders to run use‑case discovery sessions and help teams integrate AI into their workflows.
Consultation & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as an internal consultant to departments on AI adoption, helping teams understand when and how to apply AI effectively.
  • Collaborate with IT, Risk, Legal, and Data teams to ensure training aligns with governance, responsible AI guidelines, and security policies.
  • Gather feedback from learners and leaders to refine training programs and identify emerging needs.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
  • Define success metrics for AI learning initiatives (usage, proficiency, productivity impact).
  • Track training outcomes and analyze adoption data to drive program improvements.
  • Stay current on AI trends, tools, and best practices to keep training content up to date.
Required Qualifications
  • 3–7 years of experience (or equivalent) in Learning & Development, training, instructional design, or technical enablement.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts (LLMs, machine learning basics, automation, prompt engineering).
  • Demonstrated ability to teach technical or digital tools to non‑technical audiences.
  • Experience designing blended learning experiences (ILT, VILT, e‑learning, microlearning).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Gemini or Claude.
  • Background in change management, user adoption, or digital transformation.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Familiarity with responsible AI principles and data governance.
Successful Profile
  • Curious — actively keeps up with new AI capabilities and trends.
  • Empathetic facilitator — able to simplify complex topics.
  • Business‑oriented — understands how AI enhances workflows, not just how it works.
  • Collaborative — builds trust across functions and geographies.
  • Adaptable — comfortable iterating quickly as AI tools evolve.
