Job summary

Confluence is seeking an AI Solutions Architect in Pittsburgh, PA, to transform AI opportunities into practical, scalable solutions that drive value for clients and the business.

You will work with stakeholders across Technology, Product, Operations and Corporate Functions to identify, design and implement AI-enabled tools, agents and automations, shaping our AI strategy and governance while enabling responsible adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience identifying, designing and implementing AI solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Translate business challenges into AI/automation solutions from concept through adoption.
• Hands-on experience with AI tech like LLMs, agents, copilots, workflow automation and enterprise platforms.
• Able to influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
