Job summary

Amazon, Seattle-based, seeks a senior product leader to define the Rufus International strategy and multi-year roadmap, spanning global expansion and localization. You will guide cross-functional teams across product, engineering, science, and UX to deliver scalable, worldwide experiences from Day 1.

You will make high-stakes products decisions, drive architecture, and enable international teams to innovate while reducing cost and time to value for customers globally.

Qualifications

• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience technical product management development, or technology experience.
• Experience communicating product strategy and influencing decisions with senior leadership through written narratives and executive reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Rufus International across locales.
• Define capabilities and architectural investments to reduce cost and time to deliver Rufus experiences globally.
• Shape architectural decisions to include international requirements from the outset.
• Prioritize global investments and resolve trade-offs across customer needs and technical complexity.
• Partner with leaders to align roadmaps, architecture, and investments around WW strategy.
• Define global operating model across central and international teams to accelerate scale.
• Represent Rufus International in senior leadership forums and align on priorities.
• Establish metrics to measure global scalability and customer experience quality.
