Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services invites students to join a structured, in-person program at the Stellantis Headquarters & Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Participants will work onsite, balancing 24 hours per week with class schedules, with potential higher hours in summer as approved by management.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, or a related technical field from an accredited college or university
• Must have completed at least one year of undergraduate study at the time of hire
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Proficient in AI-enabled productivity tools
• Able to work 24 hours per week, year-round

Responsibilities

• Support Global Planning AI & Data Product Owner workstream at a practical level
• Help create, test, and improve AI agents and AI-enabled tools for Global Planning use cases
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and organize knowledge sources
• Document agent logic, support testing, and gather user feedback
• Ensure solutions are useful, reliable, and aligned with Global Planning priorities
