Job summary

Stellantis is offering a hands-on student program at the Auburn Hills, MI headquarters. You will work onsite 24 hours per week during normal business hours, with potential heavier hours in summer, balancing class schedules. You will join the Global Planning AI & Data workstream, contributing to AI-enabled planning tools and knowledge management.

You will gain exposure to cutting-edge AI projects, mentorship, and professional development opportunities within Stellantis’ automotive division.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field.
• Must have completed at least one year of undergraduate study.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Proficient in AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Able to work 24 hours per week, year-round.

Responsibilities

• Support AI agent development and AI-enabled tools for Global Planning use cases.
• Create, test, and improve AI agents and related tooling.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and document agent logic.
• Organize knowledge sources and gather user feedback for iteration.
• Assist with testing, governance reviews, and roadmap alignment.
