Abaka AI is seeking a Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of data projects for premier AI teams. You will bridge clients, internal teams, and external partners, shaping delivery standards as an early US-based member of our operations team.

You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, and risk, coordinating with cross-functional teams to produce annotated datasets and data pipelines that power multimodal AI systems. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management, operations, or related roles; AI/data tech experience a plus.
• Strong client-facing and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Clarify requirements, define scope, build detailed project plans, set budgets, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead end-to-end project execution including scheduling, tracking, and risk management.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams; address feedback and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with technical teams to set priorities and maintain clear communication.
• Manage and deliver annotated datasets and project outputs per client specs and timelines.
• Continuously improve workflows to reduce costs and boost client satisfaction.
• Develop scalable solution frameworks addressing client needs.
