Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking an Agriculture & Sustainability Architect to define global architecture and govern technology solutions across domains. You will align initiatives with enterprise standards, guide sector architects, and optimize the global portfolio for long-term viability.

The role reports to the Enterprise Domain Architect and collaborates with Transformation teams, Global Offices, and business stakeholders to bring scalable solutions to life.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing Agriculture or Sustainability solutions.
• Understanding of end-to-end agriculture processes and ESG data flows.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology architectures.

Responsibilities

• Define North Star and capability reference architectures for Agriculture and Sustainability.
• Lead technology strategy and evaluate new platforms to meet global needs.
• Educate stakeholders on enterprise architecture standards and governance.
