Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience developing scaled business activation services for customers including agencies, advertisers, etc.
  • 5 years of experience in a client-facing role focusing on consulting or business development.
  • Experience working with Google Ads or digital marketing/advertising solutions.
  • Experience with data visualization, engineering, AI/ML, with coding experience in SQL.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with software development and launch (external to company or open-source) through privacy/legal/engineering review processes.
  • Experience with SQL or Python, technical documentation, cloud technologies, software engineering standards, and system design.
  • Knowledge of Auto-ML technologies (e.g., Google Vertex AI).
  • Ability to identify and prioritize business opportunities.
  • Ability to deliver complex long-term projects.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Compensation details are role and location-dependent, with individual pay influenced by skills, experience, and education. More information about benefits is available at Google.

Responsibilities
  • Drive planning, program management, and implementation of agency externalization initiatives, including launching scaled campaigns and content enablement.
  • Solve business problems through enterprise-grade technical solutions, managing a team of software engineers, product managers, and data scientists.
  • Engage with marketing leadership to prioritize agency initiatives and interventions.
  • Activate services and solutions with agencies, collaborating with various teams to deliver the best media operations support.
  • Refine diagnostic studies to identify issues and develop automation, standardization, and upskilling solutions across display, video, and shopping.
