Job summary

PACCAR Parts seeks a proactive Product Owner to drive the Repair and Maintenance Information (RMI) platform for dealers, customers, and internal teams. You will define the product vision, manage the backlog, and coordinate with global stakeholders.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, collaborate with EU counterparts, and ensure the solution delivers measurable value, uptime, and scalable improvements across NA, Mexico, and Australia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years' experience as a product owner or similar role in trucking/automotive IT or global companies.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of aftermarket systems such as eCat, Teamcenter, ServiceNet, or Engine RMI.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with global teams to support RMI program launch and readiness.
• Serve as Product Owner for Global RMI and VIPS after launch.
• Represent business and customers in NA, Mexico, and Australia.
• Align priorities with EU RMI PO and regional stakeholders.
• Support RMI and VIPS enhancements and integration programs.
• Analyze feedback, market trends, and performance to identify improvements.
• Ensure investments drive uptime and business growth.
• Monitor product health and adoption of the platform.
• Communicate priorities, roadmap updates, risks, and delivery status to stakeholders.
• Ensure uptime, reliability, security, and scalability of solutions.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to define future capabilities.
• Support modernization and cloud adoption initiatives.
• Own and prioritize product backlogs and epics.
• Refine epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria with Scrum Masters.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and reviews.
