Hatch Advisory is seeking a new graduate in 2027 to join the team as an Analyst in Houston. You will support client projects globally in the mining, metals, infrastructure and energy sectors, reporting to the Regional Director, USA.

The role offers exposure to diverse projects, mentorship from industry leaders, and opportunities for professional development and international travel. A strong foundation in engineering, business, or economics is preferred, with experience in research and analysis.

Qualifications

• Engineering or science undergraduate degree; commerce, economics or business degree; or other undergrad with interest in Hatch Advisory.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report within Advisory projects including analysis of technical performance indicators and costs.
• Identify, rank and manage risks; develop financial models to support investment decisions.
• Research, clean and analyze data to develop value-add solutions for clients.
