Job summary

Elevate Living Property Management seeks a Global Administration Manager to oversee leasing, maintenance coordination, and financial processing across multiple properties. You will ensure accurate lease documentation, coordinate with residents and vendors, and manage delinquencies and deposits while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires excellent organization, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a professional environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, particularly in the real estate or leasing industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Extremely detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Maintain an active driver’s license and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Elevate Leasing Support: Prepare and distribute key lease documents, renewals, notices to vacate, and renters' insurance forms; review screening reports and coordinate with prospects for a smooth leasing process.
  • Elevate Maintenance Operations: Serve as liaison between residents, vendors, and onsite staff to address maintenance questions and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Elevate Accounts Receivable and Payable: Manage delinquencies, deposit accounting, and maintain invoices with proper documentation.
  • Elevate General Operations: Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines and maintain accurate records; communicate with residents and provide assistance; perform additional duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do:
  • Elevate Leasing Support: Prepare and distribute key lease documents, such as renewals, non-renewals, notices to vacate, and renters' insurance forms, ensuring accuracy and consistency by coordinating with relevant parties. Manage the application process, including reviewing screening reports and collaborating with prospects, to provide a seamless and efficient leasing experience.
  • Elevate Maintenance Operations: Serve as the primary liaison between residents, vendors, and onsite staff to address maintenance questions and concerns. Ensure clear communication and coordination to facilitate timely and efficient maintenance resolutions, enhancing the overall resident experience.
  • Elevate Accounts Receivable and Payable: Manage delinquencies and deposit accounting, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. Collaborate with relevant parties to investigate and address resident concerns. Maintain and organize records of invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation for smooth financial operations.
  • Elevate General Operations: Monitor and adhere to federal, state, and local guidelines across all states to ensure compliance. Maintain accurate records and track documentation diligently to support operational integrity. Communicate effectively with residents to address concerns and provide assistance. Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.
