Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years experience, or master's with some experience, or associate degree with 6 years.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant accounting, finance, audit, or related professional experience.
• Practical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close deliverables.
• Communicate with peers, management, and business partners regarding deliverables and deadlines.
• Proactively identify issues, analyze variances, and communicate potential solutions to management.
• Support the execution and documentation of SOX controls and maintain a strong compliance environment.
• Engage with business partners on routine accounting activities and build relationships.
