Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an Accounting or Finance Bachelor or Graduate degree program, preferably senior year.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Understanding of basic accounting and finance concepts including U.S. GAAP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Journal Entry Preparation: Draft journal entries in SAP and OneStream with appropriate level of support.
• Intercompany Transactions: Analyze intercompany transactions and assist in preparing journal entries.
• Reconciliations: Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations monthly.
• Financial statement trends: Analyze monthly financial reporting and explain variances.
• Ad-hoc projects: Support Global Accounting team in various projects as needed.
• Team and status meetings: Attend meetings related to team initiatives, close status, and project updates.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technical Accounting, Fixed Assets, FP&A, and more.
• General Internship Program: Participate in pre-planned intern events and performance check-ins.
