Job summary

Invesco offers a dynamic 9-week Summer Internship Program within Global Business Services (GBS) and the Global Controller team, supporting critical accounting and reporting across North America and EMEA. You’ll engage in orientation, development workshops, and volunteer activities while learning the business side of finance.

You’ll help with accounting, SEC reporting, audits, and process improvements, gaining mentorship and cross-functional exposure.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and graduating by summer of 2028
• Accounting major is required
• General knowledge of accounting principles gained through coursework
• Authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis; no sponsorship provided

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounting for North America and EMEA expenses
• Prepare monthly journal entries and account analyses
• Support AR processes, including payments tracking and reconciliations
• Assist with SEC reporting and SOX controls
• Monitor daily share transactions and prepare expense reporting
• Support internal/external audits and ad hoc requests
• Contribute to month-end/quarter-end close data
• Participate in AI adoption and automation initiatives
