Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting or financial audit experience.
• Experience with multi-entity foreign operations and intercompany accounting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration and accounting of foreign entities.
• Ensure US GAAP conformity and local statutory reporting.
• Prepare foreign currency translations and support consolidation.
• Manage intercompany costs and revenues per transfer pricing.
• Coordinate state registrations and payroll compliance.
• Lead month-end close, cash postings, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in annual audit and vendor onboarding review.
• Improve payroll and accounting processes for accuracy and efficiency.
