Base pay range

$140,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

GLOBAL ACCOUNT MANAGER - AUTOMOTIVE

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver a minimum 4x ROI on total sales costs across all regions and products for assigned global automotive customers.
  • Conduct regular workshops and review meetings with key global decision-makers to strengthen partnerships and align objectives.
  • Maintain a rolling forecast of opportunities and lead RFQ processes in collaboration with the Global Automotive OMT Team.
  • Lead the global sales team for strategic accounts, ensuring bimonthly team calls and updates to development plans.
  • Support automotive development initiatives and projects in the assigned region, ensuring alignment with global strategies.
  • Continuously gather insights on global automotive trends and emerging technologies across logistics modes (Sea/Air, CL, Road & Rail).
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation and accessibility of customer information to support sustainable account development.
  • Prepare and maintain key sales documents including RFQs, GNGs, Opportunity Trackers, and Monthly Highs/Lows/Opportunities.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, International Relations, Business Management, Logistics/Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered in lieu of educational requirement.
  • Three to Five years’ minimum experience in the Automotive Industry/Automotive Logistics.
  • 10 years’ experience in Logistics with a strong knowledge of Operations.
  • Automotive Supply Chain Management detailed knowledge.
