Job summary

Solairus Aviation seeks an experienced Captain to operate the Global 6000, serving as Pilot in Command and ensuring safe, compliant flights across all legs. You will review maintenance status, conduct thorough preflight inspections, evaluate weather, NOTAMs and routing options, and ensure accurate trip documentation in line with AFM and FAR requirements.

On-call availability and relocation proximity are required.

Qualifications

Total flight time specified (5,000 hours) and PIC time (2,500 hours) required.
Global 6000 type rating or equivalent is required.
FAA First Class Medical is required.
Ability to work on an on-call basis and relocate near TEB.

Responsibilities

Serve as Pilot in Command of the Global 6000, ensuring safe, compliant operations on every leg.
Review aircraft maintenance status and documentation prior to release.
Conduct thorough preflight inspections in accordance with the AFM.
Evaluate weather, NOTAMs, performance data, alternates, and facilities along the planned route.
Operate in accordance with Solairus Aviation policies and all applicable FARs.
Safeguard the safety and security of passengers, crew, and aircraft at all times.
Accurately complete all trip paperwork and operational documentation.
