Job summary

Alerion Aviation in Orlando, FL is seeking a Global 5000 First Officer to support Part 135/91 operations out of ORL. The candidate assists the Captain, adheres to FAA regulations, and upholds safety-focused service.

Successful applicants will have ATP, extensive flight time, international experience, and be able to travel internationally. A strong English proficiency, medical certification, and the ability to work legally in the United States are required.

Qualifications

• ATP license required.
• Total flight time: 2000 hrs (all aircraft) with 500 PIC.
• 1500 multi-engine hours with 100 PIC.
• 150 instrument hours.
• International experience preferred.
• Global 5000 or comparable type rating preferred.
• Current and valid First Class FAA Medical Certificate.
• Passport with international travel ability.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• No accidents, incidents, or FAA violations within the last 5 years.
• Live within a 2-hour driving radius of ORL (Orlando Executive Airport).
• Must read, write, fluently speak and understand English.
• Pass a DOT pre-employment drug test.
• Pass a TSA fingerprint-based background check per TSA Standards and 49 CFR 1544.229/1544.230.
• Authority to work in the United States.

Job description

Alerion Aviation is looking for a Global 5000 First Officer to join our team for Part 135/91 operations based out of Orlando, FL.

As a First Officer with Alerion Aviation you are highly motivated, extremely organized, service-driven, and safety minded. You will be responsible for supporting the Captain in conducting flights in accordance with the company’s policy and procedures as well as within FAA regulations and guidelines.

Requirements

SIC Minimums:

• Must have ATP License
• 2000 Total Flight Time (all aircraft) / 500 PIC
• 1500 Multi Engine / 100 PIC
• 150 Instrument
• International experience preferred
• Type rated on Global 5000 or comparable aircraft preferred

Pilot Requirements

• Current and valid First Class FAA Medical Certificate
• Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally without restrictions
• Valid U.S. driver’s license
• No accidents, incidents, or FAA violations within the last 5 years
• Live within a 2 hour driving radius of the Orlando Executive Airport (ORL)
• Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language
• Pass a DOT pre-employment drug test
• Pass a TSA required fingerprint-based criminal history records check in compliance with TSA Security Program Standards and 49 CFR 1544.229 and 49 CFR 1544.230
• Authority to work in the United States
