Amazon.com Services LLC in New York, NY is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to build and scale 3P Construction and Facilities Management products for Amazon Worldwide Grocery Stores (WWGS).

You will align product vision and roadmap with store development, facilities, store operations, finance, and tech partners to consolidate the 3P product suite. This onsite role demands 5+ years in product or program management, and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in product/program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
• Experience delivering features and making tradeoffs for a product.
• Experience as a product manager or owner.
• Experience owning technology products.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and customer engagement for 3P Construction and Facilities Management products.
• Maintain and evolve a 3-year roadmap aligned to organizational goals and priorities.
• Own 3P software contracts and budgeting for the product portfolio.
• Drive consolidation and adoption plans for duplicative products within the customer base.
• Translate customer needs into clear requirements that tech teams can deliver.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure product success and customer impact.
• Identify complementary use cases across Amazon to extend product value.
