Job summary

Catapult, a sports technology company, is seeking a proactive Product Support Technician to join our Maitland Office and support customers worldwide with our video platform.

This role includes night shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage. You will provide technical support by phone, email, or live chat, collaborate with engineering, and help validate and improve support processes and content.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of technical support experience preferred.
• Written and verbal communication skills required.
• Experience with PC/Mac troubleshooting and support ticketing platforms.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients using video platform solutions via phone, email or live chat.
• Assist with installation, modification, and repair of client software and hardware and troubleshoot problems.
• Deliver remote product training and own issues through to resolution.
• Record details of all requests per company procedures and escalate when needed.
• Create support content for the online help center and validate new software features.
