Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $17.00/hr

Job Summary

A Cleaner is responsible for basic cleaning tasks including all common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, drinking fountains, trashing, dusting, polishing, and other assigned areas. Multiple shifts and both full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities are available.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform all basic cleaning duties
• Clean and restock restrooms, sanitize fixtures, clean mirrors, and spot clean walls and partitions
• Move and vacuum furniture, empty trash, and replace liners
• Dust, mop, sweep, vacuum, and clean floors and glass surfaces
• Handle spills, floods, and restroom concerns
• Restock supplies at shift end

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Preferred experience in office cleaning or similar roles
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, reaching, and standing for long periods

Compensation

Harvard offers a competitive salary with benefits including medical, dental, life, LTD insurance, and a 401K plan.

Salary: $17.00/hr. Schedule: M-F 6PM-10PM and every other weekend 4hrs.
