Job summary

ACE Glass Construction Corporation in Northwest Arkansas is seeking an experienced Commercial Glazing Project Manager to lead complex glazing projects from turnover through closeout. You will serve as the primary link between customers, field teams, vendors, and internal operations, ensuring on-time delivery and budget integrity.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects, protect margins, and communicate effectively with general contractors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, change orders, and financial performance.
• Strong ability to read architectural plans, shop drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience coordinating field operations, vendors, subcontractors, or internal teams.
• Proficiency with construction project management and documentation tools.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to visit local jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from award through turnover and closeout.
• Review contracts, scopes, inclusions, exclusions, budgets, and requirements.
• Develop project schedules covering submittals, drafting, procurement, fabrication, and installation.
• Manage material procurement and coordinate vendor deliveries.
• Coordinate with fabrication and field teams to maintain momentum.
• Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Track labor productivity, costs, budgets, and monthly billing.
• Protect gross margins by controlling scope changes and issues.
