Job summary

Brin Glass Company, including Heartland Glass, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee successful implementation and administration of project budgets. You will coordinate with sales, contractors, architects, and field teams to ensure timely completion of schedules.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in glass and glazing projects, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and project management tools. This on-site role offers ESOP and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Science in Construction Management or related field, or an associate degree.
• 5+ years’ experience managing glass and glazing projects.
• Legal driver in Minnesota.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Plan projects and manage budget.
• Review project estimates with sales to resolve issues.
• Prepare schedules based on contractor information.
• Order materials to meet schedule requirements.
• Provide updated shop drawings and coordinate with field personnel.
• Monitor hours and material costs; manage variances.
• Review final cost and change orders with sales.
