Job summary

Hoppers Glass is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial glazing projects from planning through installation. You will coordinate with clients, architects, general contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, budget control, and high-quality finishes.

The role requires strong communication and leadership, with a track record of managing multiple projects and ensuring safety and compliance on-site.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in glazing, construction, or related industry.
Strong knowledge of storefront, curtain wall, and entrance systems.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Procore, or similar).
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
OSHA 10 certification preferred.
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams effectively.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects from contract award through closeout.
Review project specs, drawings, and contracts for scope compliance.
Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and progress tracking.
Coordinate with clients, architects, GCs, and internal teams for smooth execution.
Oversee procurement of materials (glass, aluminum, hardware, specialty items).
Monitor fabrication and installation progress; address issues promptly.
Ensure adherence to safety standards, codes, and quality control.
