Management Recruiters of Davidson is seeking an experienced Glazing Estimator / Precon Manager in the Tampa area to join our client in the glass and glazing industry.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of estimating major glazing projects, can read drawings, perform take-offs, compile pricing and proposals, and secure contracts. Knowledge of estimating software and strong communication with customers and suppliers is essential.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints and perform take-offs to determine quantities and costs.
• Develop pricing and proposals for glazing projects and support contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with GC’s, architects, suppliers and site personnel to secure contracts.

Responsibilities

• Read blue prints, do take-offs, compile pricing,proposals and secure contracts
