Roles & Responsibilities:

• Inspect job materials to ensure correct size, style, and no damage or flaws.
• Load necessary materials, tools, paperwork, and safety equipment onto the installation vehicle.
• Communicate with the office and customer about any delays.
• Validate the work, products, location, and customer expectations upon arrival.
• Install products, troubleshoot, and resolve on-site issues.
• If unable to perform quality work on the scheduled date, note issues and reschedule as needed.
• Coordinate with team members about incomplete work and material orders.
• Maintain the customer's home by leaving it clean and safe.
• Guide the customer on product care, warranty, and contact info for service.

Qualifications & Educational Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of residential glass installation experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass background check and drug test; valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record.
• Physically capable of lifting 50-100 lbs unassisted and in good health.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with residential glass replacement and window/door installation.
• Knowledge of maintenance, weatherization, and repair.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.
