Job Overview

• Company: Central Florida Glass.
• Salary/Pay Rate: $17 to $21 per hour (Based on experience) plus Performance and Year-End Bonuses.
• Location: Saint Cloud, FL.
• Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday with Overtime opportunities.
• Project Scope: Glazing / Commercial Windows / Glass (Residential, Commercial Industrial, Government or Federal)
• Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Assist lead glaziers with the safe transport and handling of glass panels and framing materials.
• Learn to read and interpret basic construction drawings and installation manuals under expert supervision.
• Support the installation of windows, storefronts, and glass partitions using professional‑grade tools.
• Maintain a clean and efficient job site to ensure safety and productivity for the entire field team.
• Prepare materials and sealants for daily tasks to streamline the installation process.
• Engage in provided apprenticeship and mentor training to master advanced glazing techniques.

Required Qualifications & Experience
