Job summary

Portland Glass is seeking skilled glass installers to join our team in Sanford, ME. You will be responsible for installing and replacing residential and commercial glass, reading blueprints and specifications, and using hand and power tools to ensure high-quality installations.

Ideal candidates have strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to read a tape measure, and excellent communication skills to provide professional service to customers.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic construction math.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and other technology.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Complete background check and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines.
• High school diploma or GED.

Physical Requirements:
