Job description

Knack Studio – Savannah is looking for a friendly GLAZE YOUR OWN ATTENDANT to become a member of our team. The ideal candidate should possess a positive attitude with a passion for customer service.

This role is all about personality. If you’re organized and outgoing, we can teach the rest! Prior art experience is not required.

Role and Responsibilities

Greeting all customers with a friendly demeanor (interacting with both kids and adults).

Explaining the Glaze Your Own Pottery process in a clear and easy to follow way for varying experience levels and ages.

Attending to customers and helping them with any questions.

Using Stripe POS and iPad to check out guests and handle cash, credit card and gift certificate transactions accurately and completely.

Putting away inventory and supply orders as they arrive and restocking shelves and supplies as needed.

Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning the studio, tables, palettes and brushes.

Willingness to learn and take direction.

Able to multitask and be pro-active, can work without supervision.

Basic Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills and a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with people is a MUST.

A knack for art/all things creative would be helpful but is not required.

Experience with children is preferred.

Ability to multitask and prioritize.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Schedule:

Part-Time

3-4 hour shifts (9-12hrs/wk)

MUST HAVE weekend availability
